Parking
Car parking will be available in the Botanic Road school car park and along the Botanical Garden boundary fences. Alternatively there is parking available at Warrnambool Aqua Zone (adjacent to the school) and, weather permitting, space may be available on the Allan Oval next to the school if it's not too wet. Communication All communication with registered delegates will be by email wherever an email address is provided. If you have registered for workshops but have not received confirmation via your school administration, please contact your school principal. Conference Dinner The Conference Dinner will be held on Thursday 24th August from 6.00pm at the City Memorial Bowls Club in Cramer St, Warrnambool. Se the 'Conference Dinner' page for more details. Delegates are asked to indicate dietary requirements via the 'conference dinner link'. Dress Conference Sessions: Smart Business Casual Conference Mass: Smart Business Casual Conference Dinner: Smart Casual Emergency Management A full briefing of emergency management and evacuation procedures will take place at the beginning of each day. A map of the venue and access /egress points is available on this website. Mass Mass will be celebrated at 10.00am at St Joseph's Parish Church, in Lava Street, Warrnambool on Thursday 24th August. See the 'Conference Mass' page for more details such as Mass readings and music sheets to download. Meals The Conference committee recognise that some delegates may have special dietary needs. Please advise the committee either via the survey sent to principals or email (see 'contact' page) if wish for them to make alternative arrangements on your behalf. Please Note: Dietary requirements received less than 72 hours prior to the event cannot be guaranteed. No Smoking Policy There is a strict no smoking policy at our our host venue, St Joseph's School, Warrnambool. Privacy Statement In registering for this event you agree for the Conference committee to take photographs of the event which you may inadvertently be included in. These images are used internally for zone publicity unless requested otherwise. Should you wish to avoid having your picture taken, please advise our photographers or contact the committee. Registration See 'Registration' page for steps on how to register for workshops. Please note that workshops are capped at approximately 30 participants each and registered delegates' names will appear on the door of each workshop to ensure their place is reserved. It is important that any unregistered delegates contact the committee to finalise workshop placements as joining workshops without registration is both a logistical and emergency management issue. |
